Stephen Phillips, our founder, began his St. Lucian manufacturing career over 25 years ago.  He has managed plants in China and the Caribbean and has provided lean manufacturing offshore expertise for companies all over the world:  Mexico, India, Japan, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Cuba, Dominica, Barbardos and St. Kitts.



Damascus Harlow is one our St. Lucian geniuses.  His expertise in manufacturing engineering and as an electrician ensure precision and quality in all he does with Paladin.  Damascus and Steve have worked together for over 13 years.
