Our mission is to lower the resource requirements for entry into low cost offshore manufacturing.  Low cost manufacturing can increase your competitive edge.  However, the time, effort and risk required for offshore involvement can build a barrier to successful implementation.  We use our knowledge and expertise to lower that barrier by providing three basic Services:

As your offshore advisor, we can assist with formulating a strategy for incorporating low cost labor throughout your organization and supply chain, avoiding the numerous pitfalls and "re-inventing the wheel" syndrome commonly associated with offshore start-ups.

About the founder

Stephen Phillips is a degreed engineer (B.S. Biomedical Electronics, M.S. Electrical Engineering) and has over twenty years of experience in electronics manufacturing.  His experience includes various engineering roles including chief engineer in charge of both design and manufacturing engineering and operations roles in offshore manufacturing.  He has  managed plants in China and in the Caribbean.

Mr. Phillips founder and principal spent six years as director of a St. Lucia based in-house subcontractor, manufacturing temperature sensors and assemblies containing the sensors.  Under his leadership the organization went from significant loss to significant profitability by employing the same Lean Manufacturing approach that underscores each of Paladin Manufacturing’s customer relationships.
